
At DNA Performance Products our goal is total customer satisfaction. We will always do our best to insure your order arrives on time, every time. We box our products and use plenty of insulation materials to protect against damage.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 25 calendar days of delivery to request your return authorization. We must authorize all returns in advance. All products returned must be in their original unopened packaging and must be returned using all the original shipping materials.
Replacements will be shipped immediately and billed as a new order. Credit will be issued once the return is received at our location. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
